“Meditation. I’m a very active person, probably to a fault. I’m also a musician and I have a natural connection with music that gets me back to a centered spot, mostly. But it’s not nearly as great as meditating on a daily basis. Spending an hour a day in a room, silently focusing on my breath helps me do everything else I want to do so much better.”
